This Mexican Style home is situated about 200 meters from the “MOST BEAUTIFUL WHITE SANDY BEACHES OF THE RIVIERA MAYA, PLAYACAR BEACH.” Come and enjoy this very relaxed and laid-back beach, full of sea life and home to sea turtles.
The house is located in a very private and exclusive neighbourhood inside Playacar fase 1 with 24/7 security.
Casa Los Cocos has its own private pool which is available for you to enjoy at anytime, day or night. It is good for young children and babies for its swallow entrance. We also have a large garden and 3 balconies; the main balcony is large enough to have the whole family come together and enjoy the view of the local tropical tree canopy filled with framboyan and palm trees. You are also serenaded in the morning by the lovely chirping and singing of the tropical bird’s that make their nests around the property.
The nearest airport is Cozumel International, which is 22 miles our location. Paid airport shuttle service is available.

Home Away From Home
The home is equipped with a full kitchen, dining room for up to 8 guests, a living room with a 60″ smart TV on the main floor, a very convenient half bathroom and a storage and laundry room at the back.
The 2nd floor offers a very spacious Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sofa-bed, a wall-to-wall walk-in closet and the master ensuite with a jacuzzi tub and access to main balcony.
The 3rd has 2 bedrooms filled with natural light, its own bathroom and balconies where you can relax on a hammock and feel the breeze.
The 4th bedroom ”Cuarto Playero” or “Beach room” is a very Mexican beach feeling room with 2 twin beds. Children will love it!
At the very top of the home, you can find the “Roof terrace” with amazing sea views, view of Cozumel Island and at night where you can be mesmerized by the stars.
We also offer other amenities for your convenience including free parking, bicycles to use, free water (delivered to your door), bed linens and towels.
Discover Playa del Carmen
Walking distance from Casa Los Coco is the famous “5ta Avenida” or “Fifth Avenue” where Playa del carmen comes to life with many restaurants, from the very local food to the international high-end cuisine, as well local shops and boutiques. At night you can experience the true Mexican Fiesta with local Mariachi bands and many others folkloric groups that perform free at the Quinta Ave. You can also find the ferry to Cozumel, a popular cruise ship port and famous diving spot.
Other popular points of interest near Casa Los Cocos include Playacar Beach, Playa del Carmen Beach and ADO International Bus Station.
